TREE

I want to be a tree,

full of life and wisdom,

animals’ and insects’ home.

I want to be as

generous as a tree.

It joins the sky and the land

with its long and

open branches.

A tree always returns

what it takes and

it respects the others.

I want to be a tree

so humble and quiet.
