CHEESECAKE
Ingredients:
Cheesecake Base:
200g Digestive biscuits (finely crumbled)
75g Unsalted butter (melted)
Cheesecake:
200g Fresh strawberries
1 Lime
160g Caster sugar
250g Marscapone cheese
300g Cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia original cream
cheese)
400ml cream
Cheesecake topping
(Optional)
15 Strawberries (washed and halved for decoration)
Instructions:
Step 1:grind the biscuits.
Step 2 :melt the butter.
Step 3: add the biscuit
crumbs to the melted butter and mix them together.
Step 4: press the mixture
into a greased cake tin.
Step 5 put the base in the
freezer.
Step 6 in a large bowl, mix
together the marscapone, cream cheese and the cream
Step 7 add the strawberry
puree to the cream and cheese and mix.
Step 8 Pour the cheesecake
mix over the biscuit base and put it in the freezer overnight.
Step 9 Decorate the
strawberry cheesecake with strawberries and some whipped cream.

Panda
Native of Central China, the giant panda lives in mountainous
regions like Sichuan and Tibet, it is endangered.
The panda is from the bear family. It’s got black ears,
eyes, hands and black legs.
It is endangered; Pandas are very localized. The
number of pandas living in the wild is on rise.
The pandas main food is bamboo (about 99%of the
diet),but also feeds on fruit, small fish and insects. It is a good climber,
but rarely is seen in the trees.

PROJECT: SPORTS
I can ride a bike, play basketball, rollerblade,
snowboard, play football, ice skate, play table tennis, dance, run, ride a
horse.
I can’t do judo, do karate, row, skateboard, ski, box
and play golf.
Anne can snowboard, dive, rollerblade and ice skate.
Eider can dive, rollerblade and ice skate.
She can’t snowboard.
Ainhoa can dive and rollerblade.
She can’t snowboard and ice skate.
Ahetze can dive, rollerblade and ice skate.
She can’t snowboard.

Do I get enough exercise?
Do
I get enough excercise
Every
week I do quite a lot of exercise. From Monday to Friday, I go back
home on foot. It takes three minutes. At school, we have P.E twice a
week ,for three quarters of an hour on Tuesdays and one hour and a
half on Thursdays. After school, I go to multisport lessons once a
week on Wednesdays, I go to judo lessons once a week on Thursdays and
I go to dance lessons once a week on Fridays. At the weekend I go to
multisport matches once a week on Saturdays.
I
think I get about 6 hours and quarter of exercise every week. When I
do exercise, I feel good about myself. I get hungry and thirsty, I
sleep well, I get strong, I get healthy, I breathe well and I have
fun.

DO I GET ENOUGH EXERCISE ?
I get enough exercise.On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays I walk to school.At school we have PE twice a week and it is on Tuesdays and Thursdays.At lunch time I sometimes play football and basketball.After school on Mondays and Fridays I go to dande lessons.On Thursdays I go to Judo lessons.On Mondays the dance is from 17:15 -18:00.On Fridays the dance is from 17:30 -18:30.The Judo is from 17:30 -18:30.On Tuesdays I rollerskate with Iker and Beñat.B.At the weekend I go to the montain and cicle in the bike lane with my family.
When I do exercise I get hungry and thirsty and I sleep well.

I do
quite a lot of exercise all the week I walk to school and back home. At the
break time I play pelota with my friends. After school I play football with my
friends. On Thursday I have drama lessons. On Saturdays and Sundays I play
football with my dad.
I think I
sleep well and I eat well after doing exercise I have P.E three quarters of an
hour on Tuesdays and on Thursdays one hour and a half. I
sometimes play games and football.
