Gramma's cheesecake by Eijer

GRAMMA'S CHEESE CAKE

For the base:

Flour 250gr

Butter 175gr

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 tablespoon of water

a bit of salt

For the cheese cake

1 package philadelphia cheese

4 tablespoon of sugar

1/2lemon jelly

3 gelatin leaves

2 boxes of whipped cream

Base:Shake all the ingredients and the put in the oven at 180ºc for 40 minutes.

cheese cake:Dissolve the jelly and the gelatin and the mix with all other ingrediets

put the mixture on the base prepared before.

optionally,you can put strawerry jam on the tip.
